Festival Fashion Watch

For better or worse, it’s officially festival season. While you might be getting neon, fringe, and feather flashbacks, I encourage embracing the spectacle—and dare I say camp—of it all. Not camp as in tents, but you know, as in looking camp right in the eye. Today, the Coveteur staff shares the looks on our minds, from Coachella and beyond. – Maraya

OUTFITS OF THE WEEK

The Coveteur Staff share the looks we’re still thinking about.

Amy Lefévre at Coachella

Boho chic but not tacky. Accessorized to perfection. —Yasmin Coutinho, Casting Director

Lana Del Ray at Coachella

I didn't know I needed entrance via motorcycle gang coupled with John Batiste and Billie Eilish onstage, but it is much appreciated and freshly imprinted in my mind. —Katie Mok, Editorial Assistant

Chappell Roan at Coachella

Truly no greater confluence of my interests than Chappell Roan wearing Zana Bayne with makeup by Donni Davy. On Instagram, Davy said they’re doing a “totally different vibe” for week two, so, yes, I’ll be tuning in. —Hilary George-Parkin, Managing Editor

Kate Moss and Pete Doherty at Glastonbury 2005

Kate Moss at Glastonbury is my Roman Empire. It doesn’t even need to be festival season—it has a permanent spot on the mood board. I was literally this look for Halloween, and if I were to attend Coachella this is what I’d wear—I don’t care how impractical wellies are in the desert. —Maraya Fisher, Newsletter Editor

Bar Italia at Coachella 2024

@xarennirumbo

#baritalia

Speaking of fashionable Brits, Bar Italia always looks sharp when they perform, but I love this simple outfit—honestly reminds me of this other iconic festival look. —Maraya Fisher, Newsletter Editor

Dior Fall 2024 RTW

Courtesy of Dior

A Dior girly at heart, I love everything about this look from their Fall 2024 RTW collection. After seeing Dior’s Fall 2024 RTW show from the Brooklyn Museum Monday night, this was definitely one of my fave looks. I love a wide-leg pant and the simplicity of each piece in this one. I’m obsessed with the skinny belt and structured silhouette of the white button-up and will 100% be taking style cues from this show for future outfit inspo. — Samantha Wu, Marketing Manager

Amir Taghi Fall 2024, Look 2

I love the styling of this lookbook image from emerging brand Amir Taghi. —Camille Freestone, Senior Style Editor
