Foie Gras: I'm currently in Paris and I'm a big foie gras fan... so let's just say I'm trying to eat it all before I have to head back to New York. I particularly love it seared with some apple or pear.

Chanel Chance: Lately, my favorite fragrance has been Chanel Chance—the green one. I'm not a perfume expert but the Jasmine notes really perk me up on chilly autumn days.
